Track Construction and maintenance

In 2020 V-Híd purchased the P&T SMD80 / UVP 2002 Track laying machine making them 1 of 3 contractors in the European region with such machine.

In 2017 V-hid proudly purchased the H-1000 Flash-Butt Welder Container from Holland LP in Chicago.

In 2020 MÁV FKG Kft. purchased Harsco’s RGH20C2 type 20 stone grinder machine, making it the first of its kind owned by a Hungarian contractor.

One of the biggest contractors of the Hungarian railways MÁV FKG Kft. has been partners of Conwest for many years. Upon our joint ventures is the Harsco built GO4S digging wheel. The machine was manufactured by the two companies in 2002 and in 2021 gets a complete overhaul for it’s many projects to come.

The MARK VI tamping machine was also a successful cooperation between MÁV and Harsco in 2002.

Welding Camion

 

A deal between the Hungarian State Railway (MAV), the Czech SAZ and Holland LP located in the USA organised by Conwest Co. Ltd. the XF 95 Mobile Welder is a work of beauty. Welding rails with precision in the region on a daily basis for over a decade.

The FMK-007 measuring car equipped with laser track geometry system is capable of accurate measurements and online data analysis at the speed of 200km/h.

 

Tram and Metro measuring units for Wiener Linien, the Austrian Public Transport in Vienna. Equipped with Imagemap’s profile and geometry measuring systems ensuring the safety of the track under heavy use.

In early 2020 sale and delivery of 20 pcs of FACCS type wagons with complete overhaul and a revision of 6 years.

In 2021 sale and delivery of 20 pcs of SSP466 type sleeper wagons with complete overhaul and a revision of 6 years.

Composite Sleepers

Since 2018 The Budapest Public Transport Corporation– BKV – has installed thousands of Sicut composite sleepers and bearers into their system.

Level Crossing

Conwest is the exclusive representative of the sublime swiss made SWISSCROSS level crossings. The product has received it’s full Hungarian Debo license since 2018. Below is a reference project built in the western region of Hungary.
